St Peter’s Community Centre, Hillfields Ltd. operates under licence from St Peter’s church as an independent business situated within the building of St Peter’s Centre. The operating structure is shown below.
St Peter’s Community Centre, Hillfields Ltd. is a company with limited liability registered with Companies House (No. 4597894) and a Registered Charity (No. 1097531). It trades independently under the authority of a Management Committee comprising of Trustees and Directors who employ paid staff to conduct the business of the Centre on their behalf. St Peter’s Church, within the auspices of the Church of England owns the building of St Peter’s Centre and has granted a revocable license to St Peter’s Community Centre, Hillfields Ltd. to operate a Social Enterprise business in the building. A Management Agreement regulates the terms under which the church and the Community Centre business operates.
