DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS |

§ A £200 cash deposit is required for all private bookings. This will be returned subject to a Sites & Service inspection after the Event.
§ Full payment as well as the deposit is required at least 10 days before the event.
§ If payment is being made by cheque it must be received 15 days before hand. |

CARETAKER CHARGE |
|
§ An hourly rate of £10.00 will be charged for *Out-of-Hours events.
§ Office Hours are 09:00 – 17:00hrs Monday to Friday.
§ Events with over 80 people in attendance will require a minimum of 2 caretakers. |
